If you are directly involved in the trade of native biodiversity products and/or services:

Please contact us by sending an request by email in order to receive the latest version of the Application Form for Trading Members.

If you support the Principles of Ethical BioTrade, but are not directly involved in the trade of native biodiversity products and/or services:

Please contact us by sending an request by email in order to receive the latest version of the Application Form for Affiliate Members.

A signed hardcopy of the application form needs to be submitted to the Secretariat of the Union for Ethical BioTrade, as well as the electronic format saved in a MS Word (.doc) format.
