Application forms and meeting dates

First, please make sure that you have read and understood the process and conditions for becoming a member explained in the previous sections of this web site. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Please contact us by sending an request by email in order to receive the latest version of the Application Form for Trading Members or Affiliate Members.

A signed hardcopy of the application form must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Union for Ethical BioTrade, as well as the electronic format saved in a MS Word (.doc) format.

Meeting dates of the Committees

In 2010, the Membership Committee will meet on the following dates:

  • 6 June 2010 (deadline for submission on 31 May 2010)
  • 15 July 2010 (deadline for submission on 8 July 2010)
  • 1 September 2010 (deadline for submission on 25 August 2010)
  • 15 October 2010 (deadline for submission on 8 October 2010)
  • 1 December 2010 (deadline for submission on 24 November 2010)

The membership committee reviews applications, as well as audit reports and work-plans. Any document to be considered by the Membership Committee needs to be received one week before the scheduled meeting date.
In 2010, the Board of Directors will meet on the following dates in order to deliberate on the granting of membership to provisional members:

  • 17 May 2010
  • 1 August 2010
  • 17 November 2010
  • 15 December 2010
